ABOUT OUR TEAM

Stephanie Sharp
President

Stephanie Sharp translates politics into English.

A Kansas native and former three-term state legislator and two-term community college trustee, Sharp retired from the legislature to pursue private sector community relations. In 2011, she started Sharp Connections to advise state and local candidates and incumbents, and built VoteSharp.biz, a voter database tool for campaigns and coalitions to track what actually matters: relationships.

She has advised nonprofits, advocacy groups, and campaigns for 20+ years, and was cofounder of the Women4US super PAC, where she organized Republican women in the seven swing states to defeat Trump in 2024. A frequent speaker on voter and policymaker engagement, Stephanie holds degrees from Southwestern College (BA, BPhil) and George Washington University (MA, International Affairs). Based in Kansas, working everywhere.
